AI Usage Policy

How AmeritAI uses AI, its limitations, and responsible use.

Last updated: August 2, 2026

1. How AmeritAI Uses AI

AmeritAI uses artificial-intelligence models to understand customer messages and generate responses on behalf of the business operating the assistant, across web chat, Meta channels, Telegram, SMS, and voice. Businesses configure the assistant's knowledge, tone, and goals.

2. Model Providers and Your Data

We use models from providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Conversation content sent for inference is not used by these providers to train their models under our API agreements. See the Subprocessors page for the current list.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. The business operating the assistant is responsible for the content it is configured to send.

4. Human Oversight and Handoff

Businesses can enable handoff so a conversation is transferred from the AI to a human representative. We recommend reviewing automated responses where appropriate.

5. No Solely-Automated Significant Decisions

AmeritAI does not make legally binding or similarly significant decisions about individuals solely by automated means, without human involvement.

6. Responsible Use

You may not use the AI to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to attempt prompt-injection or model abuse, or otherwise in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or the policies of connected platforms and model providers.
