Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do when using AmeritAI.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service for AmeritAI (operated by Norshin LLC). Everyone who uses the Service must follow these rules, and business customers must ensure their end-users do too.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or message anyone without a lawful basis or required consent.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
• Engage in phishing, fraud, deception, or impersonation.
• Publish hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that incites violence.
• Distribute content sexually exploiting minors, or non-consensual or otherwise unlawful sexual content.
• Promote illegal products, services, or activities.
• Infringe intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Collect sensitive personal data (e.g., payment card numbers, government IDs, health data) through the assistants.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its APIs.
• Violate the terms or policies of any connected third-party platform, including the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business policies.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, throttling, suspension, or termination of your account. In serious cases we may report activity to the appropriate authorities.
